If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:
Due to the nature of books and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send an email to hello@savvysocial.co.za with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Books that have been used or damaged after delivery
